All of us have personal experiences and encounters with God that reinforce our faith.
We have testimonies that tell of the goodness, greatness & glory of God in our lives.
And while the purpose of these powerful acts is for us to know just how much God
loves us, we also do good to share what God has done for us with those who do not
know Jesus for themselves. Someones only encounter with Jesus may be what you
choose to share about Jesus with them. You sharing your story can lead to someone
else’s salvation.
This week, make time to consider who you are connected to that you have not shared
the truth of your Christian experience with. Make up your mind to have an intentional
conversation with that person/persons about your own encounter with Jesus and what
it means to your life. Avail yourself as a resource to answer what you know about Jesus
for yourself. Bring them to church with you for them to have their own encounter with
Christ. Share your personal testimony about Jesus. It has more impact than you realize.
