Part of what it means to have faith in the Lord is to have to have the courage and conviction to call the Lord on the word God has spoken. There are moments where things around us will not resemble what the Lord has spoken over us. And the deep function of our faith will not be whether or not we profess God is real but whether or not we choose have enough faith in God to move in what you know God has said. Our goal, as Christians, should be to believe in God enough to walk in the words God has spoken; trusting that we will find what God has already proclaimed will be.
This week, make time to consider the areas of your own life where you are clear that God has spoken but the circumstances do seem like what God has said is happening. Make up your mind to boldly walk into what the Lord has said and do so with the expectation that what God has announced will appear. Choose to be a person of faith that an actually moves in faith. God has so much more for us to see and experience if we would just be willing to respond to what God says with confidence. Choose to go and see for yourself what God has said God will do.
