“Loving One Another as Christ Loves Us”
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
— John 13:34-35
The Congregational Care Ministry is dedicated to fostering a spirit of belonging, compassion, and support within our church family. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, this ministry seeks to ensure that every member feels seen, heard, and cared for—whether in moments of joy or in seasons of challenge. We extend care not only inside the church walls, but also to those who cannot attend worship services or who may be enduring hardships silently.
Our team provides support through prayer, visitation, care cards, repasts, transportation, and outreach events. From emergency preparedness meetings to community prayer gatherings, we strive to strengthen the bonds of our church family while serving as a visible expression of Christ’s love to the community. Congregational Care is not simply a “sick and shut-in” ministry—it is a holistic approach to nurturing the heart, mind, body, and soul of our members while reinforcing the ties of Christian fellowship.
